As required by legislative mandate, the Partnership, in consultation with the State Board of Education and the Ohio Board of Regents, was to recommend one or more college and work readiness assessments. Analysis was to include how the proposed assessment fit within the existing system of state achievement tests, and examines the potential for OGT and other commercial assessments to fit this purpose.
